About Us

Red Brick Studio was born out of a decade of experience in the global hospitality design field to develop interior furnishings, lighting, and finishes, drawn from those experiences and places traveled. The industry buzzwords "green" and "sustainable" may be becoming a little cliche, but at Red Brick Studio our core belief is that there is nothing more sustainable than something that already exists, be it a building or a piece of furniture, so adaptive and creative reuse is our highest priority. We havenʼt lost our roots though, and are still continuing to create amazing spaces to be enjoyed by many.

An entry lobby conceived for what is to be one of the most noticeable buildings in the Middle East, the concept here was to turn what would ordinarily be a utilitarian building core into a piece of sculpture surrounded views of the Persian Gulf. *Project designed while at HBA

Guest Room

In bustling Macau, the "Las Vegas of the Far East", the Grand Hyatt Macau offers a contemporary respite from the lights and fervor of the Cotai Strip just outside the doors. Turning guestroom design on itʼs ear, the bathing experience was made one with the room and the views to the outdoors. The rooms were conceived to be reminiscent of a series of experiences, such as a designer clothing boutique, a spa, and an internet cafe. Upon opening to much fanfare, the Grand Hyatt Macau was awarded many honors, including "The Best New Hotel in Macau 2010" (TTG China Travel Awards), "The Best Business Hotel 2010" (Wallpaper Magazine), "The Best Luxury Hotel in Macau 2011" (TTG China Travel Awards), and "Best Business Hotel in Macau 2011" (Business Traveller Asia Pacific Awards). *Project completed while at HBA

A pair of restaurants conceived for a luxury hotel on the coast of the Persian Gulf, each space has their own unique language. The sushi bar was inspired by the simplicity and purity of Japanese food and culture, while transforming by night into a cozy, tuckedaway cocktail bar that feels a little "off the beaten path" from the activity at the rest of the resort. The steak house was inspired by the gritty, rough-and-tumble beginnings of New York Cityʼs meatpacking district, cleaned up just enough to become an industrial, yet swanky, enclave in which to enjoy a dirty martini and great steak. *Project designed while at HBA
